Warranty & Exchange Policy
Rings returned outside of the 10-day exchange period for any reason will be treated as a Warranty return.
If within 10 days of the date you received your ring, you want to exchange it for a different style or a different size simply return it to us and indicate the reason for the exchange request. Please note that your return must be postmarked within 10 days of your delivery date, which is provided to us by the United States Postal Service.
Our policy for exchanges on engraved rings is the same as for non-engraved rings with the exception that you will need to pay for the cost of engraving on the replacement ring, unless we made an error on your engraving.
Within 5 years of your receipt of a Forevermore Jewelry ring, if the ring becomes damaged, your ring will be replaced at no charge, however you will be required to pay the then current shipping and, if desired, engraving cost as shown on the website for the replacement ring.
How To Return Your Rings
- Print and complete the Warranty & Exchange Return Form.
- Return the ring(s) and the completed Return Form to us at the address shown on the form.
- When we receive your package we will verify the postmark to ensure you are within the free of charge 10-day exchange window. Then, we will email you a code that will provide the appropriate discount for your new order. When you receive your code please return to our website and place your order using the code provided. Normal shipping times will apply.
